Shipping & Returns
A) Some items may require special delivery that are not covered by our general carriage rates, and on these occasions you will be quoted before your order is processed.
B) We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses (please see Terms & Conditions, Section B Paragraphs B1, Section C, Paragraph C5, C5a & C8), please contact us for details of delivery costs to both Northern and Southern Ireland.
C) Some larger products will be delivered direct from our suppliers. In these instances you will be notified accordingly.
D) All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.
E) Please note that the delivery timescales stated are not guaranteed and may be subject to factors outside of our control (please see Terms & Conditions, Section C, Paragraph C3).
F) Refunds for failure to deliver on time will not be processed.
G) All items returned will be subject to a 30% re-stocking charge plus VAT (please see Terms and Conditions Paragraph F6)
H) Personalised products cannot be returned for exchange or refund, unless proven to be defective.
I) Returns will only be accepted once Spartan Safety Ltd have issued RMA documentation (please see terms and conditions, Section F).
J) Products which are supplied as “Special Order” are placed subject to Spartan Safety receiving back the signed Acceptance and Authorization form. Items purchased under “Special Order” cannot be exchanged or refunded.
